Job description
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients undergoing HR transformation, helping define scalable, secure, and user-centered solution strategies
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end architecture, process design, integration patterns, and technical roadmaps
- Partner with client stakeholders, delivery leaders, and technical teams to align platform capabilities with business objectives
- Provide consultative leadership in workshops, discovery sessions, design reviews, and executive conversations
Workday / ServiceNow Integration Leadership
- Architect integrations between Workday and ServiceNow HRSD, including employee lifecycle events, case management, data synchronization, and related HR workflows
- Define and evaluate integration approaches using APIs, middleware, orchestration tools, and enterprise integration frameworks
- Ensure designs support data integrity, security, scalability, maintainability, and performance across systems
- Collaborate with integration developers and technical architects to validate solution feasibility and delivery quality
- Troubleshoot and guide resolution of complex integration and platform challenges
Delivery Excellence
- Lead solution design across the full project lifecycle, from early strategy and estimation through implementation, testing, go-live, and optimization
- Produce high-quality architecture deliverables including solution designs, integration specifications, data flow documentation, and technical recommendations
- Support project teams in identifying risks, dependencies, constraints, and mitigation plans
- Review configuration and custom development to ensure alignment with architectural standards and best practices
- Mentor consultants, developers, and client teams on HRSD architecture and integration design principles
Enterprise Transformation
- Bring a strong understanding of large-scale enterprise environments and the realities of cross-functional transformation programs
- Help clients modernize HR service delivery through better experiences, cleaner integrations, and more efficient operating models
- Contribute to NewRocket's growth by supporting pre-sales conversations, solution shaping, and strategic account expansion where needed, * Delivery teams are set up for success with clear architecture, strong guidance, and practical design decisions
- Clients view you as a trusted advisor who can bridge business needs, employee experience goals, and technical execution
Requirements
This role is ideal for a consultative architect who combines deep HRSD expertise, strong Workday integration knowledge, and the ability to guide clients through complex enterprise architecture decisions from strategy through delivery., * Deep expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Strong experience with Workday integrations, including enterprise HR data flows and process orchestration
- Proven background in solution architecture, integration architecture, and technical design
- Ability to understand, review, and work closely with code, APIs, scripts, and integration frameworks
- Experience architecting solutions in a consultative services environment
- Strong enterprise consulting experience working with large, complex clients
- Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing design discussions and influence technical and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, or related integration technologies
- Familiarity with enterprise HR transformation programs and employee experience initiatives
- Experience working across broader ServiceNow employee workflows or adjacent platform capabilities
- ServiceNow certifications and/or relevant Workday integration credentials preferred
- Experience supporting pre-sales, estimations, or architecture governance is a plus
- ServiceNow HRSD Certification
