The Staff Software Engineer will be a critical addition to our core Reporting team, focusing on corporate banking capabilities, where they will lead efforts and contribute to building high quality scalable computer software systems, participating in the design process from beginning to end. • Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging

• Manage complex report execution, viewing, and exports, including data synchronization between OLB banking data and ERP systems
• Advanced troubleshooting and debugging

• Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features

Requires a minimum of 9 years of related experience in software development; or a related field; or 7 years and an advanced degree

Education Level Bachelor's degree in engineering, or another related field or equivalent work experience, * Strong programming skills in .NET/C#, with Java experience also acceptable, and proven work experience as a full stack developer

• Strong experience working with modern Javascript frameworks like Vue.js or Angular (preferred), React, HTML, and CSS
• Strong focus on SQL and PostgreSQL for reporting and database services, including ETL responsibilities
• In-depth understanding of the entire software development process (design, development and deployment)
• Experience developing and deploying applications for Cloud Native Infrastructure
• Collaborates effectively within the agile framework with a problem-solving attitude and willing to take a variety of approaches
• Excellent analytical and time management skills, with a proven ability to deliver value independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience providing technical input at a staff level
