Geographical Information Systems Adjunct

Responsibilities: The Division of Engineering, Business, and Public Services at Brightpoint Community College augments full-time teaching faculty with qualified part-time instructors to enhance the student learning process. Teach basic concepts of the use of ArcGIS software suite for data visualization and creation of maps. Editing of existing maps and the use of ArcGIS software for spatial data analysis is included in the introductory course. Special Assignments

May be required to perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field. Two years of related work experience. Ability to use instructional technologies. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills. Successful completion and passing of a criminal background check is required.
