  • Proven experience designing hybrid connectivity (ExpressRoute, VPN, SD-WAN)
  • Hands-on implementation of Infrastructure-as-Code for networking (Terraform preferred; Bicep/ARM acceptable)
  • Experience integrating identity with networking and Zero Trust frameworks
  • Demonstrated transition from legacy "box-by-box" networking to centralized, API-driven orchestration Strong focus on network resiliency, high availability, and failover design

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Experience with identity-driven networking, Zero Trust, and policy-based enforcement models
  • Background in Microsoft 365 performance and connectivity optimization (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint)
  • Exposure to AI Ops / observability tooling (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Meraki Dashboard, Splunk, Dynatrace)
  • Relevant certifications, such as:
  • AZ-700 (Azure Network Engineer Associate)
  • SC-300 (Identity & Access Administrator)
  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist (CMSS)
