Agile Project Manager for IT Services and Operations Organization
- Serve as a project manager for an organization delivering end-user IT services, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Create and maintain project information including but not limited to project charters, requirements documentation, risk, action, issue, and decision logs, work breakdown structures, project status reports, and related project artifacts.
- Partner with technical teams to refine and manage backlogs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and release priorities.
- Continuously identify, document, and refine processes documentation to promote awareness and drive organizational maturity.
- Develop communications and user-engagement materials.
- Track and communicate project status and performance metrics through templatized system-based reports and ad-hoc communications.
- Identify and remove impediments, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Drive project management consistency through creation, refinement, population and maintenance of standard tools and templates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote Agile maturity and standardize delivery practices across the organization., We are a small award winning government contracting firm with demonstrated success delivering and supporting mission critical networking solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 10 total years of related experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Familiarity with IT systems and operations concepts related to endpoint management tools, identity management and administration, and ServiceNow.
- Proven experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and use of Agile metrics for performance improvement.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical workflows and reporting solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including client-facing experience.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to facilitate collaboration between technical and business stakeholders, converting complex needs into actionable solutions.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven, and dynamic environment.
Desired Experience:
- Federal Government experience supporting Agile or DevSecOps teams.
- SharePoint site and content administration.
- Atlassian Certified Expert, JIRA Administrator, or Confluence Administrator certifications.
- Familiarity with Power Automate, ServiceNow, or other ITSM/ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with service desk and ITIL frameworks in a large IT organization.

The annual salary range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000 based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, education, and location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
