Job description
The Coordinator, Information Technology will execute the daily functions within a multi-site IT environment. This role will handle systems administration, infrastructure support, networking, endpoint management, and cybersecurity tasks. Responsibilities and Duties
- Operate safely and appropriately in all AgCertain situations and environments
- Collaborate with internal teams on IT support and planning
- Ensure effective technology set-up and network requirements to meet daily business requirements including user account creation, access management, and offboarding
- Monitor cybersecurity issues and create solutions for these
- Ensure all technology within both office and production settings is functioning properly
- Understand our Windows Server environments and ensure they are accurately updated
- Manage the Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP administration
- Manage VPN and remote access configurations accurately
- Support a mixed Cisco and Ubiquiti network environment
- Troubleshoot wired and wireless performance issues as they occur
- Install infrastructure hardware as necessary
- Support the hybrid Microsoft 365 and on-premise Exchange setup
- Support warehouse scanners, mobile devices, printers, and other technology that needs hands-on technical help
- Deploy and manage desktops and laptops required for business functions
- Have a thorough understanding of and be able to apply Occupational Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices to procedures within the plant/understand how they affect the production process
- Follow all written procedures (SOPs) and work instructions that pertain to the respective area
- Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in all company trainings
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Three (3) years experience in IT Infrastructure or Systems Administration preferred
- Physical abilities to include the ability to lift 50 lbs (23 Kg), able to climb several flights of stairs and not affected by heights
- Strong troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Familiarity with Entra ID, Intune, Cisco Duo and VPN technologies
- Experience in a multi-site network environment
- Ability to analyze data and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Excellent communication, organizational, management, and computer skills
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external customers
