Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Support Analyst to support our telecom client's CLEAR identity verification platform and contractor onboarding process. This individual will serve as the primary operational owner of a critical identity verification support function, ensuring contractors are successfully onboarded through the CLEAR platform while maintaining security, compliance, and service-level expectations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with a security mindset, thrives in a self-directed environment, and is passionate about process improvement and automation.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in IT support, identity and access management (IAM), technical operations, service desk, or a related support function.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, access management, verification processes, or other security-focused operational workflows preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel.
  • Experience troubleshooting account, access, authentication, or identity-related issues.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph, or other automation tools preferred.
  • Strong data management and reporting skills, including working with large datasets and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing requests, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Experience with identity verification, onboarding platforms, or IAM technologies.
  • Experience working with offshore vendors or global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Exposure to process automation, workflow optimization, or AI-assisted operational tooling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred but not required
