Job description

The IT department has overall responsibility for the business systems infrastructure, providing high quality service and support through effective, cost efficient processes that are designed to meet the business strategy for Inframark. The Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for providing IT project support and 3rd line support for the Helpdesk. The role will involve travel to other facilities when the need arises. This position is charged with maintaining the SLA's outlined by the business, resolving onsite and remote site service desk tickets, providing Infrastructure support for business projects as well as being responsible for providing documentation and ensuring IT standards and processes are followed. Requirements

The Infrastructure engineer will provide an escalation point for second level IT Help Desk support engineers and provide 3rd level support. The applicant must have a solid working knowledge of an array of technologies, applications, and services. The Infrastructure engineer will be responsible for desktop/laptop imaging and managing client devices though SCCM and Intune. Therefore, a good working knowledge of these technologies is expected. They must be proficient in operating systems support, as well as supporting the Office 365 Suite of applications installed on each computer. Trouble shooting issues with Anti-Virus, VPN, Microsoft Teams and other business applications is a must. Experience working with Azure technologies, and VMware is desirable. Along with network management experience. Knowledge of backup solutions and best practices around Disaster Recovery backups and Cyber backups is required as the role will also require the successful candidate to manage the backup systems. Travel will be required in order to perform site audits and installations. In a fast-paced business it is imperative that this position possess strong interpersonal skills, be detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ability to coordinate between IT Help Desk and other IT support teams is essential. Being flexible is important and working out of core business hours will be expected as needs arise. Skills and QUALIFICATIONS The candidate should possess desktop and server support skills, Network support skills, and a solid understanding of the technology and applications listed below.

Active Directory Office 365 products Azure Collaboration Tools (Microsoft Teams) Deploying software using SCCM Managing mobile devices in InTune Good understanding of modern cyber security principles Mobile device support (iOS and Android) Incident Management Tool (Service-Now) Commvault Backup solutions DR/Business Continuity/Cyber Recovery principles and processes Asset and inventory mgmt. Working knowledge of Citrix Should have knowledge in PC Imaging using SCCM Video conferencing support, coordinated through existing Video conferencing vendor. New Desktop & Laptop hardware configuration. Maintain the organization and inventory of hardware resources. Maintain the organization and inventory of software and software licenses. Working knowledge of Exchange. Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networking protocols and site-to-site VPN basics. Working knowledge of wireless LAN functions. Advanced knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10) Experience with Single Sign-On, and Federated services is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong influencing and communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent analytical skills Salary is dependent upon qualifications and experience., Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in Computer/Network Engineering or equivalent experience in a technical infrastructure role is required. Industry certification (e.g. CCNA, MCSE/MCSA) Supplementary training will be provided for the right candidate
