Job description
- Facilitate Agile delivery for integration and API programs by enabling Scrum teams ensuring adherence to Agile principles removing impediments and driving continuous improvement for delivering high quality solutions in a fast-paced environment, * Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning standups reviews and retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile Scrum Kanban principles practices and mindset adoption
- Ensure effective backlog management and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners
- Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth delivery of sprint commitments
- Track and report sprint progress velocity and team performance metrics
- Support planning and execution of integration API delivery initiatives
- Facilitate coordination across cross functional teams including developers QA architects and stakeholders
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimizations
Requirements
- 8-12 years overall with 3 years as Scrum Master
- Agile Scrum Kanban frameworks
- Sprint planning backlog management
- Jira Azure DevOps Agile tools
- Stakeholder communication
- Risk dependency management
- Delivery governance
- Metrics tracking velocity burndown
