Scrum Master

• Facilitate Agile delivery for integration and API programs by enabling Scrum teams ensuring adherence to Agile principles removing impediments and driving continuous improvement for delivering high quality solutions in a fast-paced environment, * Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning standups reviews and retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile Scrum Kanban principles practices and mindset adoption
• Ensure effective backlog management and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners
• Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth delivery of sprint commitments
• Track and report sprint progress velocity and team performance metrics
• Support planning and execution of integration API delivery initiatives
