Job description
- The work for this role will focus around the support for our Salesforce products. This will include incident management, documentation, and knowledge transfers with existing team members. Once we have reached a steady point with our support process and capacity, this role will be able to work with our development teams more closely.
Requirements
- Complete INC and TASK tickets in our ServiceNow platform in a reasonable timeframe, achieving 80% SLA for incident resolution.
- Once onboarded and trained, to begin working independently to resolve issues, and collaborate with others to troubleshoot larger issues.
- Working Central timezone hours
Ideal experience: 2+ years of Salesforce
Related Salesforce Products: Sales, Service, Health, Experience (Community) Clouds
Size of team: 2 (One other support team member)
Work Style: KanBan with a focused priority on incident management; No daily standup right now.
Quick Description of role and needs:
After initial onboarding and training, there will be a high level of independence for this role. The ideal candidate will be able to work through multiple support tickets and users at the same time. There will be collaboration opportunities with development teams and team members.
Eventually, this individual will be able to work with our development teams to help deliver on our backlog of work.
