- Troubleshoot equipment problems such as computers, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals to minimize downtime.
A resource that supports or provides technical support, troubleshoots software issues, manages user accounts, and assists with application testing and infrastructure maintenance. Resource will work alongside staff to act as a first point of contact, requiring basic skills in operating systems, SQL, and troubleshooting application-level issues, resolving software errors, typically supporting internal or external users. Requirements
In 3rd year or recent graduate of a university program from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline., * Bachelor's (Required)
