Job description

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for end users and business systems (onsite and remote)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from Level 1 support
  • Administer and support Microsoft Windows Server environments
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory, including users, groups, permissions, and Group Policy
  • Support DNS, DHCP, file sharing, and authentication services
  • Diagnose and resolve network issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall, routing, switching)
  • Support remote connectivity tools including RDP and VPN solutions
  • Assist with virtualization environments (Hyper-V / VMware)
  • Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID)
  • Perform workstation imaging, deployment, and endpoint troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers when needed
  • Document issues, resolutions, and system changes accurately in ticketing systems
  • Participate in scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and infrastructure projects

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of IT support experience (MSP experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows desktop and server environments
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts
  • Experience troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, and authentication issues
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V or VMware)
  • Experience supporting remote users and hybrid environments
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
