Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Data Science and ML solution development
- Strong programming skills in Python with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Keras
- Hands-on experience with Databricks (Spark SQL, PySpark, Delta Lake) and Snowflake (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and feature engineering
- Experience with SQL and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Proven experience working with large language models and transformer architectures
- Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and LLMOps practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience with agile methodology, Git, and CI/CD best practices
