- Maintain precise inventory records through rigorous data collection, analysis, and reconciliation using ERP systems such as AS400 and other warehouse management software.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify discrepancies in stock levels, implement corrective actions, and optimize inventory accuracy.
- Manage warehouse distribution activities including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and materials handling to ensure timely delivery.
- Utilize data mining tools like Power BI and Tableau for inventory trend analysis, demand planning, and supply chain analytics.
- Collaborate with procurement teams on sourcing strategies, supplier management, pricing negotiations, and contract management to secure optimal terms.
- Support process improvement initiatives by analyzing current workflows, recommending enhancements, and implementing best practices in logistics inventory management.
- Operate forklifts and perform heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to materials handling protocols.
- Assist in production planning and merchandising efforts by coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals.
- Conduct financial analysis related to inventory valuation, pricing strategies, and cost optimization using Excel data analysis and financial modeling techniques.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards during all warehouse activities and ensure adherence to company policies.

- Experience working within e-commerce or retail environments is advantageous.
