Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT Help Desk/Desktop Support experience
  • Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365/O365
  • Azure AD (Entra ID) user administration
  • Intune/Endpoint Manager for device management
  • SharePoint administration and support
  • Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android troubleshooting
  • SaaS applications such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and mFax
  • Ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience providing Tier II/III technical support
