User Experience (UX) Designer - Senior

• 1+ year of UX experience for touch-based mobile interfaces
• An online portfolio showcasing design thinking leading to innovative solutions
• Experience with user-centered design processes, including user research and developing user flows
• Proficient in design tools like Figma

User Experience (UX) Designer - Senior - Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience using AI-powered tools or workflows to support design
• Strong self-management skills and comfort owning work independently
• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to diverse audiences
• Some technical knowledge or experience collaborating closely with engineers

On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a User Experience (UX) Designer - Senior for an 18-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client's Austin or Dallas, TX office.
