Information Security Engineering Project Coordinator

• Coordinate hardware implementation projects, including schedule management, planning, documentation, and leading cutover activities to successful completion.
• Review and resolve moderately complex security engineering issues, consulting with stakeholders to meet deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, capture/distribute meeting minutes, track action items, and drive timely follow up.
• Communicate effectively with engineers, onsite resources, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Escalate issues appropriately while demonstrating accountability and ownership of deliverables.

• Experience in network security technologies and infrastructure (firewalls, IDS/IPS).
• Experience in Microsoft Excel and standard project tracking/reporting tools.
• Flexible to support both daytime coordination and after hours implementation activities.

Pay Range: $50/hr to $55/hr
