Job description
Seeking an Infrastructure Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support multiple infrastructure initiatives. The primary focus will be supporting a helpdesk integration project that serves as the front end to SailPoint for access requests. The ideal candidate will have experience working on infrastructure projects, gathering business and technical requirements, writing test plans, and providing QA support while working independently in a hybrid environment. Roles and Responsibilities: Support multiple infrastructure initiatives across the organization Work on the helpdesk integration project serving as the front end to SailPoint for access requests Write business requirements and technology requirements Develop test plans and support testing activities Provide QA support throughout the project lifecycle Ensure business and technical requirements are documented appropriately Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure solutions Work independently while proactively driving project deliverables
Requirements
Experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting infrastructure projects Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce (as a ticketing system), SailPoint, or Avanti Helpdesk and ticketing system knowledge Experience writing business requirements and technology requirements Experience writing test plans QA support experience Ability to work independently Proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution Experience with helpdesk integration projects Experience supporting SailPoint access request implementations Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working in hybrid enterprise environments
