IT Support Engineer

Working from a specialist part of the global Technical Support team, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to determine and resolve problems, implement the best practices and allow customers to make optimal use of products., * Provide support, guidance and information, both on a hardware and software level

• Take ownership of technical challenges and technical projects
• Support complex implementations with Microsoft Teams & Exchange, Zoom and/or other Cloud based integrations
• Commission and support Smart Camera Support systems
• Detect, define and fix problems

• Very good communication skills in English. Knowledge of another language is a plus
• A bachelor's degree or equal experience in IT
• Experience with meeting room solutions like Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms is a plus
• Experience with intelligent video or smart camera systems is a plus
• Experience with customer facing role is a plus
