Sap S/4Hana and Supply chain Project Manager - Freelance - Hybrid - Brussels - Dutch/French speaker

DESCRIPTION

The primary role of the SAP Supply Chain Management S/4HANA project manager is to work closely with customers to drive the successful delivery of our client's project, particularly around SAP supply chain and integration.

The Project Manager will be part of the S/4 implementation program.

As Project Manager you will be part of the SAP Supply chain team and report to your Team Lead.

The goal is to implement SAP S/4HANA in cooperation with a system integrator.

You will be responsible for the timely delivery of your projects, with a PM from the SI as counterpart (system integrator). Your role will be to work closely together with your counterpart and make sure the deliverables are met for business. The PM role scope consists of the intermediate state, integration part between old Ecc and S/4 system and the go live of several sites on S/4Hana STRM, including RF and linked to SAP TM.

Key responsibilities

  • Leads project delivery from beginning to end;
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders;
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents following the company's standard;
  • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary as per defined process;
  • Ensure that project meets it's deliverables in agreed schedule, as per the scope, within stipulated budget and as per the quality standards;
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team lead and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;
  • Ensures project or service scope and deliverables are defined and agreed with all relevant parties;
  • Liaise with client (SNCB/MNBS), IT Teams and the implementation partner on an ongoing basis;
  • Diagnoses and evaluates potential risks and issues throughout the project and executes appropriate plans to mitigate them. Reports regularly to the Team Lead and Stakeholders with regard to risks,
  • Be a key member of the overall Project Delivery Services Team
  • Ability to steer the solution towards clean core principles
  • Make use of the several PMO tools such as Jira, Confluence, ARIS BPMN, to present in coördination meetings

CONFORMITY CRITERIA

  • You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English. Dutch or French at C level, others at least B2;
  • Proven Experience with IT management methodologies (ITIL, IT4IT)
  • 10 + years relevant experience with project management in following domain: SAP
  • Minimum 8 year experience in sap supply chain warehousing projects
  • A proven project on system integration between ECC and S/4Hana on SCM on a functional level
  • Proven experience in minimal 2 full life cycle sap scm implementations
  • Able to work 3 days on site (Mo/Tue/Thu) (close to Brussels South Railway)

EVALUATION CRITERIA

The more experience/knowledge the better your proposal will be evaluated for underneath criteria:

  • Functional knowledge of the capabilities in SAP S/4HANA stockroom management, SAP WM
  • Functional knowledge about integration between ECC and S/4 Hana
  • Functional Knowledge about integration with PM/PP/PS in a Rail & Mobility context is an asset
  • Proven project with SAP mobile devices in warehouse environment
  • Functional knowledge about Kardex tower integrations
  • Expert in O365 applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams)
  • Able to steer, influence and cooperate with business, consortium and B-it.
  • Experience in steering project via Jira
  • Experience in documenting within confluence
  • History as a sap consultant in SCM is a plus
  • Proven Experience in participating in change management via adkar & sap activate methodologies
