Mission until the end of the year - Recent graduate in: IT Support & Logistics TechnicianMissionThe IT Support & Logistics Technician is responsible for the movement and maintenance of company equipment. They provide logistical support related to workstations and participate in relocation, layout, and equipment renewal projects to ensure a functional work environment for the main sites.Responsibilities- Prepare, configure, and install workstations (PC, screens, docking stations, peripherals).- Install, replace, and upgrade screens and other equipment and reinstall equipment during workstation changes or office moves.- Participate in office moves and space layout projects.- Move equipment between different sites or departments.- Ensure basic cabling of workstations (network, peripherals).- Perform inventories and keep the equipment stock up to date.- Prepare equipment for new hires and recover equipment during departures.- Diagnose simple problems and replace defective equipment.-
Requirements
Coordinate the collection, recycling, and disposal of equipment according to current procedures.- Ensure the proper organization of IT storage areas.- Collaborate with the team for mass deployments and infrastructure projects.- Document interventions and update ticketing tools.Required Skills- Good knowledge of hardware (PC, screens, printers, docking stations, accessories).- Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.- Ability to install and connect network equipment and peripherals.- Organization and rigor in stock management.- Physical fitness allowing for the handling and transport of equipment.- Team spirit and service orientation.- Autonomy, flexibility, and ability to manage several simultaneous interventions.Experience and Education- Degree in technical support or equivalent experience.- First experience in local support or IT logistics is a plus.- Driver's license (depending on company needs).- Proficiency in French; technical English is an asset.Personal Qualities- Service orientation and methodology.- Reactivity and problem-solving ability.- Good communication with users and internal teams. jid730614daen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
