We are at home throughout Europe and always close to our customers.IAM EngineerBe your best with bechtleOn behalf of our client based in Freiburg, we are looking for an IAM Engineer responsible for contributing to the development and maintenance of IAM services in a Microsoft environment.Mission- Contribute to the implementation and development of IAM processes, provisioning from a source of truth, identity lifecycle management, Privileged Identity Management, and Conditional Access Policies.- Support project teams in defining the security model and choosing flows to implement, notably OAuth/OIDC, SAML.- Configure App

Registrations in Entra ID and Azure, group-based mechanisms, as well as access rights to resources.- Manage the access portal, in particular the MyAccess portal and the monitoring of Entitlement Management in Entra ID.- Ensure the maintenance of the IAM solution, provide level 3 support, handle complex incidents, and produce the necessary documentation for operations and knowledge sharing.Profile- Professional experience of at least 3 to 5 years in the IAM field.- Solid skills in an IAM solution; knowledge of EmpowerID is an asset.- Good command of Entra ID, Active Directory, and Azure environments (Users, Groups, Roles, Identity Governance, Azure RBAC, and Conditional Access Policies); knowledge of Entra Connect and MTO is an asset.- Understanding of OAuth/OIDC, SAML protocols, with the ability to configure App Registrations and support development teams in their integration.- Knowledge of PowerShell and SQL Server, including automation via scripts, reading data models, and writing simple SQL queries; knowledge of T-SQL, DevOps, Power BI, or Terraform is an asset.- Excellent command of French, good understanding of English, as well as strong analytical skills, autonomy, sense of responsibility, problem-solving, and writing skills.- Residence near Freiburg desired.Our proposal- Advantageous working conditions: 6 weeks of vacation per year and a pension plan.- Development and enhancement of potential: wide range of professional and personal training offered by the Bechtle Academy.- Diversity: interesting and changing tasks in a future-oriented sector.Bechtle Suisse SABechtle Suisse SA has certified skills in the areas: IT Infrastructure, Management, Managed Services, Skills Management, Analytics, Printing Solutions, and E-Commerce.
