Front-End Software Engineer Flutter (Full Time), Munich, Germany

We are hiring a full-time Front-End Software Engineer to take ownership of our user-facing software across mobile and web. You will work on applications that connect users with real-world product data, turning complex technical systems into clear, reliable, and intuitive product experiences with smooth workflows, dependable functionality, and usability that meets real user needs. Working closely with our hardware, firmware, and design team, you will build robust front-end systems for a regulated MedTech environment.

In this role, you will strengthen your ability to create user-facing products that meet high standards for quality, clarity, reliability, and real-world usability. Your work will directly contribute to technology that helps people improve their movement and quality of life.

Your Main Tasks

• Shape clear, reliable, and intuitive user-facing workflows for applications connected to real-world product data

• Design, build, and maintain cross-platform applications for mobile and web using Flutter

• Integrate applications with backend APIs, real-time communication systems, and connected-device workflows

• Debug complex issues across application state, backend communication, and device integration

• Contribute to maintainable front-end architecture, code quality, and release readiness

Must-Have Qualifications

• You have built front-end applications or substantial front-end features used in real product environments

• Proven professional experience building production applications with Flutter

• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, state management, and maintainable UI implementation

• Experience integrating applications with backend APIs and real-time communication systems

• Hands-on debugging skills across UI, application state, backend communication, and device integration

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with connected-device applications, hardware-integrated software, real-world data, or similar technical products

• Familiarity with Flutter architecture patterns, mobile app release processes, app stores, or CI/CD workflows

• Experience with modern web front-end development, regulated environments, or other high-reliability product contexts, * You understand how application state, backend communication, and device integration affect the overall product experience
