Job description
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a SAP HCM Technical Consultant (BIB & Infoporter) to strengthen our SAP HR team. You will play a key role in designing, implementing and optimizing HR data integration and replication solutions across SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors landscapes. Working on in-ternational projects, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable, scala-ble and high-quality HR solutions for our clients.
As a SAP HCM Technical Consultant, you will:
- Configure and support employee master data replication using SAP Business Integra-tion Builder (BIB).
- Design, maintain and optimize integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM / ECP.
- Develop and maintain HR data extraction solutions using Infoporter.
- Support HR data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, validation and reconciliation.
- Produce functional and technical specifications.
- Execute testing phases (Unit, Integration and UAT).
- Participate in cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, integration specialists and business stakehold-ers.

Requirements
We're looking for professionals with experience in:
- SAP HCM (PA, OM, PY, TM)
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB)
- SAP Infoporter
- Employee data replication
- HR Master Data & Infotypes
- Data migration and validation
- ABAP debugging
- Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI), Point-to-Point (PTP) Replication or Em-ployee Central Payroll (ECP) is a plus.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HRIS or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Hands-on experience with BIB and Infoporter.
- Experience supporting HR data migration and integration projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in French and English.
