Join our newly established ERP Application Management organization and take ownership of business-critical Warehouse Management ERP applications supporting one of Europe's leading e-commerce businesses.
You will ensure stable, reliable and efficient ERP operations while continuously improving application quality and supporting critical Warehouse Management business processes. Working closely with Business Stakeholders, ERP Consultants and Developers, you will act as the operational owner of your applications throughout their operational lifecycle.
You'll gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and Dynamics 365 while growing through structured onboarding, continuous learning and close collaboration with experienced colleagues.

About your tasks:
- Take ownership of the operational lifecycle of business-critical Warehouse Management ERP applications, ensuring reliability, maintainability and continuous improvement.
- Drive incident management, root cause analysis and problem resolution.
- Own L1/L2 application operations, collaborating with ERP Consultants and Developers on complex L3 topics to ensure business continuity and application stability.
- Support operational readiness and solution validation for new changes and enhancements.
- Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable improvements that enhance operational excellence and long-term maintainability.
- Build and maintain operational documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles to strengthen service quality and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- You have 3+ years of experience supporting or managing Warehouse Management business processes within an ERP or enterprise application environment.
- You enjoy analysing complex issues, identifying root causes and driving sustainable improvements rather than simply fixing symptoms.
- You understand application lifecycle and IT service management principles such as Incident, Problem and Change Management; experience with ITIL is an advantage.
- You enjoy collaborating with Business Stakeholders, ERP Consultants and Developers, take ownership of your applications and are motivated by continuous learning.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
- You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
