- Support the investigation of quality issues and non-conformances, contributing to effective problem solving and the implementation of corrective actions.
- Coordinate and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), ensuring actions are completed effectively and within agreed timescales.
- Collect, analyse and report quality performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to support quality standards, drive continuous improvement and promote a culture of quality and compliance.
- Assist with risk assessments, inspections and compliance activities across the business.
