Job description
- Manage and support hundreds of POP networks across dozens of ISPs globally
- Support POP build-outs and redesigns
- Optimize BGP performance and stability
- Coordinate with ISPs across multiple regions
- Handle day-to-day network operations and support
- Troubleshoot network issues across routing, switching, and internet protocols
- Contribute to the continued growth and expansion of our EMEA network operations

Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in computer science or a similar technical discipline
- Strong experience administering a large-scale, highly distributed service network in a 24x7 production environment, preferably for revenue generation rather than enterprise support
- Strong hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting BGP networks
- Strong knowledge of Internet protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP, and VPN
- Strong experience with Layer 3 routing and Layer 2 switching
- Experience with Ethernet troubleshooting tools and methods
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual with a high level of English and Mandarin is beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work independently with little supervision is beneficial but not essential
- CCNA, CCNP, or similar networking qualifications are beneficial but not essential
