Network Engineer

• Manage and support hundreds of POP networks across dozens of ISPs globally
• Support POP build-outs and redesigns
• Optimize BGP performance and stability
• Coordinate with ISPs across multiple regions
• Handle day-to-day network operations and support
• Troubleshoot network issues across routing, switching, and internet protocols
• Contribute to the continued growth and expansion of our EMEA network operations

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in computer science or a similar technical discipline
• Strong experience administering a large-scale, highly distributed service network in a 24x7 production environment, preferably for revenue generation rather than enterprise support
• Strong hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting BGP networks
• Strong knowledge of Internet protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP, and VPN
• Strong experience with Layer 3 routing and Layer 2 switching
• Experience with Ethernet troubleshooting tools and methods
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual with a high level of English and Mandarin is beneficial but not essential
• Ability to work independently with little supervision is beneficial but not essential
• CCNA, CCNP, or similar networking qualifications are beneficial but not essential
