- UX UI Design, We are an established online retail business expanding our internal digital capability. We are hiring a Shopify Developer with strong front-end experience to help enhance and evolve a high-traffic commerce platform. This is a development-focused role with real ownership and the opportunity to influence technical direction as our function matures. The role is based in Plymouth and offers the chance to work across modern e-commerce, custom platform development, and user experience optimisation.
Requirements
- We have commercial experience within modern web development.
- We have experience working with Shopify and Shopify Liquid.
- We have strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills.
- We have experience working with templating systems within e-commerce platforms.
- We have exposure to React and TypeScript.
- We have an understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- We have experience using Git and modern development workflows.
- We are familiar with build tooling and package management.
- We can work independently and prioritise effectively.
- We have experience working in fast-paced digital or retail environments.
- Nice to have: we have experience with headless commerce or progressive web applications.
- Nice to have: we have exposure to cloud services or serverless architecture.
- Nice to have: we have understanding of technical SEO and performance optimisation.
- Nice to have: we have backend development exposure.
- Nice to have: we have experience with testing and cross-browser compatibility tools.
