Job description
This is a strategic role focused on shaping future technology solutions, evaluating new platforms and ensuring technology investments align to business objectives. Working across business and technology teams, you'll define architecture, support vendor selection and provide governance throughout delivery., * Define end-to-end solution architectures across customer, digital and data domains.
- Support technology selection, product evaluation and vendor engagement.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, pragmatic technology solutions.
- Produce architecture roadmaps, designs and supporting documentation.
- Ensure solutions align with governance, security and regulatory requirements.
- Provide architectural oversight throughout programme delivery.
- Identify opportunities to leverage data, automation and AI capabilities.
- Support integration across multiple platforms and third-party solutions.
- Act as a key link between business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect within a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong background across customer, digital, content and data platforms.
- Experience with technology evaluation, vendor selection and architecture governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience delivering solutions involving customer engagement, content management, customer data, personalisation or digital experience platforms.
- Experience with enterprise CMS or Digital Experience Platforms such as Sitecore, Bloomreach, Contentful, Acquia or similar.
- Experience with customer engagement or customer data platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, Adobe, Treasure Data or similar.
- Knowledge of cloud and SaaS-based technologies.
- Ability to operate strategically whilst retaining sufficient technical depth to influence design decisions.
Desirable:
- Experience with personalisation, experimentation and optimisation platforms.
- Exposure to AI-enabled decisioning or customer engagement solutions.
- Experience with platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Hightouch or similar.
- TOGAF or equivalent certification.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes.
