Job description

  • Maintain and improve our applications across a mix of legacy .NET Framework 4 and newer .NET 8 solutions
  • Handle backend and frontend development using ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Work on mobile development using Xamarin and support our migration plan to MAUI, including iOS development
  • Develop and maintain applications using Angular 18/19 while supporting legacy migrations
  • Manage Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, Azure Web Apps, Functions, Storage, and AI-related services
  • Support our current Azure-based hosting and contribute to future containerization efforts
  • Use Visual Studio with ReSharper for efficient coding and debugging

Requirements

  • C#/.NET experience, ideally including .NET 8 and ASP.NET
  • Web development knowledge, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, and TypeScript
  • Experience with mobile development, including Xamarin and/or MAUI, Android, and iOS
  • Familiarity with Azure services and DevOps processes
  • Ability to work with SQL databases, including Azure SQL
  • Knowledge of hosting strategies and containerization concepts is a plus
  • Strong UX/UI design skills are a plus
  • Experience modernizing legacy applications is a plus
  • Interest in improving development workflows and deployment strategies
