Job description

  • Administer and support Salesforce, including user setups, profile and role management, custom fields, validation rules, page layouts, flows automation, and custom objects
  • Document and develop project plans, requirements, and technical documentation for Salesforce-related projects and initiatives of varying size
  • Work cross-functionally with business teams and other stakeholders
  • Track and communicate expectations internally
  • Support and manage existing applications as well as third-party systems
  • Document changes for QA testing
  • Define, model, build, and test new, modified, and custom-built functionality and workflows
  • Support data-driven decision making through analytical work
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Service and Sales Cloud
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and data integration tools; capable of using ETL tools, Data Loader, and manipulating data for load in Salesforce
  • Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making and a strong results orientation
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification preferred
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience in the design, development, and implementation of CRM platforms
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification is a plus
  • Experience with Heroku is a plus
  • Experience in Conga is a strong plus
  • Experience working in hyper-growth and heavy acquisition organizations is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Data Cloud, Field Service, Service Cloud, and Case Management is a plus
