Remote SAP Solutions Specialist

• Partner with our customers to solve business challenges using our software, docuflow
• Contribute to project planning and management
• Lead or participate in customer requirements and design workshops
• Develop solution architecture and design
• Provision solutions
• Configure and test solutions
• Deliver solution demonstrations to customers
• Support promotion of the solution through to production
• Provide post-go-live implementation support
• Produce technical documentation
• Support implementation teammates as needed
• Contribute to pre-sales support for docuflow
• Run prospect discovery sessions to understand client needs
• Configure and deliver software demonstrations to prospects and clients
• Support implementation estimating and costing
• Provide technical Q&A, solution architecture, and proposal writing support
• Support sales teammates as needed
• Help sustain and maintain docuflow SAP demo environments

• BSc/BA or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years experience in a client-facing or consulting role
• Deep SAP technical knowledge and experience as an SAP developer
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ABAP, SAP ABAP RAP, SAP CAP, SAP Fiori, SAP ArchiveLink/CMIS, SAP AI Integration APIs, SAP Content Server, SAP DMS/DIRS, KPro, ADK Data Archiving, and SAP ECC/S/4HANA
• Experience with document management technologies such as Box and Microsoft SharePoint
• Nice-to-have experience with SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, and SAP integrations such as OpenText
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence and align client thinking and agendas
• Ability to navigate client organizations and complete project deliverables
• Ability to solve complex and ambiguous technical problems using experience, creativity, and sound judgment
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to understand functional design and technical project requirements
• Ability to present solutions to multiple levels within a client organization
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Fluent in English
