Job description
- Provide support for Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll
- Support quarterly Oracle release reviews, testing, and deployments
- Maintain and configure Oracle Fusion modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruit, Learn, Time and Absence, and Remuneration
- Assist with issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain testing documentation and release plans
- Support integrations and system data flows
- Deliver guidance and training to HR and Payroll users
- Manage incidents and updates through ServiceNow

We are an established organisation with a Business Systems team supporting a large-scale Oracle Fusion HR systems environment. This is a permanent role that is mainly remote with occasional on-site attendance. You will help support, optimise, and continuously improve our Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll modules, working closely with HR, Payroll, IT teams, and support partners to keep the platform running effectively and aligned to business needs. Requirements
- 3+ years experience within an Oracle support environment
- Strong Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll functional support experience
- Experience supporting quarterly Oracle release cycles
- Background in customer support and incident management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across business and IT teams
- Desirable: Agile or Waterfall project methodology exposure
- Desirable: Previous project delivery experience
- Desirable: HR, Payroll, IT, or Business Systems related qualification
- Desirable: Exposure to Oracle Redwood functionality
