Job description

  • We develop, test, and deploy custom scripts and mods for FiveM servers using languages such as Lua, JavaScript, and C#.
  • We collaborate with the team to design scalable server architectures employing microservices and RESTful APIs.
  • We integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance server functionality and user experience.
  • We maintain and optimise existing server codebases, ensuring stability and performance across Linux and Windows servers.
  • We implement security measures to protect server integrity against exploits or malicious attacks.
  • We conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to resolve bugs efficiently.
  • We document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications following SDLC best practices.
  • We stay up to date with the latest trends in game modification development, including tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, and version control systems like Git or SVN.

  • OOP, We are seeking an experienced and innovative FiveM Server Developer to join our dynamic development team. This is a remote role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining custom scripts and features for our FiveM gaming servers. Requirements

  • We have proven experience in software development with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • We are proficient in scripting languages including Lua, JavaScript, Node.js, React, Python, PHP, Ruby on Rails, and C#.
  • We have solid knowledge of database design and management using MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar systems.
  • We are familiar with web services such as SOAP, REST APIs, WCF, XML, JSON, and XSLT.
  • We have experience working within SDLC frameworks using tools like TFS or GitHub for version control.
  • We have a strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, AJAX, and UI/UX principles.
  • We have knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deployment and hosting solutions.
  • We have experience with application development environments like Visual Studio or Eclipse.
  • We can perform unit testing and debugging effectively to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • We have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to project deadlines.
