Job description
- Drive innovation by leading the development of AI-based systems that will redefine what is possible in sports
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications integrating AI/ML models
- Collaborate on building our unified Sports Data Platform
- Implement backend services, RESTful APIs, and frontend UIs in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React
- Integrate ML models into production systems
- Help define software architecture that supports real-time decision intelligence for sports
- Contribute to DevOps and MLOps pipelines
- Learn and grow through cross-functional projects with embedded engineers, application developers, and sports experts
- Operate with speed and precision in a performance-driven environment
- Report directly to our CTO and work closely with our CEO on high-stakes decisions

Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in full-stack engineering with exposure to AI/ML
- Proficiency with JavaScript, React, and other web technologies
- Hands-on experience deploying machine learning models in a production environment
- Strong API design skills (REST / GraphQL)
- Experience with containerization (Docker), cloud platforms (AWS), and CI/CD
- Familiarity with AI tools and libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and OpenCV
- High accountability and ownership, with the ability to independently deliver full features
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Adaptable mindset for solving technical challenges in fast-moving environments
