Remote Senior Full-Stack Engineer PHP/JS

• Design, prototype, and deliver new full-stack features across backend PHP and frontend JS, with Python and node.js potentially involved
• Quickly test new product ideas, including AI and insights use cases, and validate them with real-world applications
• Own ideas end-to-end from concept through deployment
• Think beyond code by considering usability, scalability, security, and long-term value when shaping features
• Collaborate directly with our co-founders and senior engineers using Slack, Jira, and Confluence
• Work effectively in a small, lean team with minimal oversight and drive projects forward independently
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers, escalating appropriately when needed
• Explore innovation opportunities across analytics, visualisation, integrations, and user experience, not just AI
• Document and communicate concepts, prototypes, and learnings to share innovation practices across the company
• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and product trends and bring fresh perspectives into our work

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with PHP and frontend development with Vue.js / JavaScript
• Track record of delivering features end-to-end, from concept through prototyping to production
• Ability to work autonomously in a small, fast-moving team and manage priorities without heavy oversight
• Product-oriented mindset with the ability to translate user needs and strategic goals into practical, impactful solutions
• Ability to balance speed and quality while avoiding over-engineering
• Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach to new technologies and innovation
• Understanding of security vulnerabilities and how to avoid them
• Experience writing automated tests, reviewing code, and writing documentation
• Professional English communication skills
• Comfortable working in a 100% remote, global, agile environment
