Junior Application Support Analyst

• We will provide first-line support across a range of core business applications.
• We will investigate system, order, and inventory-related issues.
• We will troubleshoot application problems and escalate more complex issues where required.
• We will maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.
• We will assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for system changes and enhancements.
• We will support configuration and implementation activities.
• We will work alongside third-party technology partners on project delivery.
• We will keep project plans and support tickets up to date.
• We will develop expertise across our application landscape.
• We will identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
• We will help improve support processes and documentation.

• We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience within Application Support, IT Support, or Business Systems.
• Exposure to ERP, CRM, or other business applications would be beneficial.
• Experience supporting ecommerce or customer-facing platforms would be beneficial.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills are required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Exposure to integrations, APIs, ticketing systems, or warehouse management systems would be advantageous, but is not essential.
