Remote Senior Backend Engineer (Go)

• We will join our engineering team as an experienced backend engineer.
• We will help scale our newest product, Plans, as part of our multi-product strategy.
• We will support our expansion into other primary healthcare providers and additional regions and countries.
• We will work on our legacy system and contribute to our new infrastructure and product development.
• We will use our engineering tools and technologies, including Go, Google Cloud, AWS, Confluent Kafka, serverless AWS services, Postgres, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Vercel.

• We have strong experience working on a Go backend for a technology product, particularly in Go or fintech.
• We are comfortable working with a DevOps mentality of you build it, you run it.
• We have a product mindset and care about customer outcomes and data-informed decisions.
• We are comfortable leading projects that are large in scope, ambiguous, or not well defined.
• We care about our team and continuously improve culture, processes, and communication.
