Job description
You will primarily be focussed on hardware integration and networking but there is the opportunity to gain experience in writing scripts (Python) and tools development., * Participate in administration of backup operations, manage and perform tape archival processes
- Administer user accounts (Google, AD, etc)
- Support workstation management, installation and configuration
- Assist with the documentation of systems and procedures
- Help ensure best management of resources (hardware and software)
- Actively troubleshooting, repairing and upgrading hardware components
- Support, repair and recover from hardware or software failures
- Upgrade and configure infrastructure systems and software as needed
- Maintain server rooms
- Perform daily system monitoring of all hardware, storage, server and workstation resources
- Other duties and projects as required., HOURS: Our standard studio hours are 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required, for which time of in lieu will be provided. We are open to discussing flexible working hours on an individual basis where this is possible in the production pipeline.

Requirements
This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 3 days a week in person at the studio (FK8 2HU). Occasional evening and weekend work may be required, for which time off in lieu will be provided., * CentOS / Redhat Linux / MacOs / Win 10 / Win 10 Server
- Working knowledge of floating license servers
- NAS configuration in multi-platform environment
- Windows Server OS and Active Directory
- Strong working knowledge of Linux, especially command line
- Previous experience with servers, networking, storage and render systems
- Proven experience assembling PCs and swapping components
- Ability to communicate ideas in a user-friendly manner
- Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks autonomously
- High degree of attention to detail
