Data & AI Engineer Junior - ICM Investment Management

You'll work across a range of projects, combining data engineering, automation and AI to deliver practical solutions for our teams. This includes:

1. Building data pipelines, models and dashboards
2. Developing AI workflows and connectors
3. Integrating tools and systems across the business
4. Working directly with investment and business teams to solve problems end-to-end

We're looking for a bright, curious Junior Data & AI Engineer to help build the next generation of data and AI tools across our investment business. This is an early-career role (graduate or 1-2 years' experience), based in Epsom, Surrey for someone excited by the intersection of technology, data and investing - and keen to work on real-world problems from day one., We're open to candidates from either side of the spectrum:

1. Technically strong with an interest in finance, or
2. Finance-focused with solid programming skills

You'll ideally have:

1. A numerate or analytical degree
2. Working knowledge of Python and SQL
3. A genuine interest in data, AI and investment
4. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn

Exposure to data visualisation tools such as Power BI, cloud platforms such as Azure, or AI APIs is a plus - but curiosity and drive matter more.
