Senior CRO Developer

• Work closely with CRO and optimisation teams on experimentation delivery
• Support ongoing optimisation of conversion performance across client accounts
• Occasionally client-facing to support technical delivery discussions
• Work as part of a small CRO development team, taking ownership of builds

• Strong experience in CRO / experimentation development (agency experience preferred)
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Optimizely, VWO or similar
• Comfortable working in a high-output environment (c. 20 tests per month expectation)
• Strong technical understanding of web development and testing frameworks
• Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple clients
