Job description

  • Work closely with Product Owners, Architects and Agile delivery teams to design and deliver solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Drive best practice across the platform while supporting large-scale initiatives across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing and Comms Cloud environments
  • Contribute across architecture, design and delivery
  • Support enhancements across CPQ, EPC, CLM and Order Management platforms
  • Help improve DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines and platform governance
  • Mentor technical teams
  • Support delivery across OmniStudio, integrations and Digital Commerce solutions

Requirements

  • Extensive Salesforce architecture and design experience
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Comms Cloud / Vlocity
  • Experience across CPQ, EPC, CLM and Order Management
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components and OmniStudio
  • Integration experience using REST and SOAP APIs
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, Jenkins or SFDX
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
