Job description

Working across a range of client environments, you will provide both remote and on-site support, ensuring excellent service delivery and helping customers maximise the value of their technology investments, * Providing 1st, 2nd and some 3rd Line IT support

  • Supporting Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive
  • Supporting and administering Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered workplace solutions
  • Managing Windows Server environments and Active Directory
  • Supporting Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure
  • Installing, configuring and troubleshooting networks, firewalls and wireless solutions
  • Deploying and supporting desktops, laptops and mobile devices
  • Diagnosing hardware, software and connectivity issues
  • Implementing cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection solutions
  • Supporting backup, disaster recovery and business continuity platforms
  • Performing client site visits and project work
  • Maintaining technical documentation and customer records

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within an IT Support, Service Desk or MSP environment
  • Strong Microsoft 365 support and administration experience
  • Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server
  • Networking troubleshooting experience
  • Experience supporting end users in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
