Job description
We are looking for a Data Activation Lead to shape and lead our Data Activation capability at Hargreaves Lansdown. This role is responsible for turning customer and marketing data into personalised experiences and measurable commercial outcomes.
Role Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the strategy for customer activation and personalisation.
- Lead cross channel engagement initiatives across digital platforms.
- Translate business requirements into scalable activation solutions.
- Align stakeholders across marketing, analytics, technology and risk.
- Ensure activity meets governance, privacy and regulatory standards.
- Lead and develop the Data Activation team.
- Drive value and performance from the MarTech ecosystem.
Requirements
- Strong experience leading data activation or MarTech functions.
- Experience delivering personalisation and engagement at scale.
- Experience managing teams and developing capability.
- Experience working across business and technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record delivering measurable outcomes.
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of MarTech and engagement platforms.
- Understanding of customer data and activation pipelines.
- Knowledge of privacy and regulatory considerations.
Desirable
- Experience in financial services.
