- Represent us as both an expert communicator and technologist, and help deliver an amazing customer experience
- Communicate directly with customers, product, and engineering teams, and work together toward solutions
- Drive the technical integration strategy and execution for prospects and customers, using deep product expertise to create customized implementation approaches tailored to each customers technical environment and business objectives
- Quickly root-cause and identify technical issues, provide clear reproduction steps, or drive new product specifications
- Directly impact our product direction by suggesting improvements for customers day to day
- Ensure our process for surfacing bugs to Engineering is fast, efficient, and effective
- Improve collaboration with Sales and Customer Success by developing tools and enhancing documentation

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Mobile Developer, Web Developer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Engineer role at a B2B software technology company
- Experience with mobile or web development and eagerness to learn and improve skills
- Familiarity with iOS, Android, and their development tools
- Working knowledge of Linux and/or Mac OS X command line
- Ability to discuss code; ability to read and write code is a plus
- Curiosity about how things work and ability to use tools and resources to reach a resolution
- Excellent communication skills and comfort writing and speaking with people to help solve issues
- High competency, low ego, and a passion for helping people inside and outside the company
- Willingness to travel for customer-facing activities and quarterly internal team collaboration gatherings
- Diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline preferred
