Requirements

  • 5+ years of backend experience in complex, high-performance systems
  • Proven expertise in at least one backend language: Go, Java, Node.js, Rust, or Ruby on Rails
  • Experience with microservices and event-driven design
  • Familiarity with message queues and real-time data pipelines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficient in English
