Remote Data Scientist (Python & SQL)

• We design original computational data science problems that simulate real-world analytical workflows across industries such as telecom, finance, government, e-commerce, and healthcare.
• We create problems that require Python programming to solve using libraries such as pandas, numpy, scipy, sklearn, statsmodels, matplotlib, and seaborn.
• We ensure problems are computationally intensive and cannot be solved manually within reasonable timeframes.
• We develop problems requiring non-trivial reasoning chains in data processing, statistical analysis, feature engineering, predictive modeling, and insight extraction.
• We create deterministic problems with reproducible answers by avoiding stochastic elements or using fixed random seeds.
• We base problems on real business challenges such as customer analytics, risk assessment, fraud detection, forecasting, optimization, and operational efficiency.
• We design end-to-end problems spanning the full data science pipeline from data ingestion and cleaning to EDA, modeling, validation, and deployment considerations.
• We incorporate big data processing scenarios requiring scalable computational approaches.
• We verify solutions using Python with standard data science libraries and statistical methods.
• We document problem statements clearly with realistic business contexts and provide verified correct answers.
• We apply to the project, qualify, and contribute to projects aligned with our skills on our own schedule.
• We help create training prompts and refine model responses to shape the future of AI.

• We hold a Masters or PhD degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• We have at least 5 years of hands-on data science experience with proven business impact.
• We have a portfolio of completed projects and publications showcasing real-world problem-solving.
• We are proficient in Python programming for data science, including pandas, numpy, scipy, scikit-learn, and statsmodels.
• We are experts in statistical analysis and machine learning with a deep understanding of algorithms, methods, and their practical applications.
• We are proficient in SQL and database operations for data manipulation and analysis.
• We have experience with GenAI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• We have a good understanding of MLOps practices and model deployment workflows.
• We possess knowledge of modern frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.
• Our English level is advanced (C1) or above.
• We are ready to learn new methods, switch between tasks and topics quickly, and work with challenging, complex guidelines.
