Job description
- Define and communicate our product vision, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Prioritise and manage our product backlog, focusing on delivering maximum value.
- Engage with stakeholders to refine requirements, provide updates, and ensure their needs are met.
- Lead sprint planning sessions, set clear goals, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Analyse product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate to enhance product quality and user satisfaction.

Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably within Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable tasks and requirements.
- Experience with product management and development tools such as Aha! or Azure DevOps is advantageous.
- Proactive, innovative, and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Passionate about delivering products that make a difference.
- UK Security Clearable.
