Job description

  • Define and communicate our product vision, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Prioritise and manage our product backlog, focusing on delivering maximum value.
  • Engage with stakeholders to refine requirements, provide updates, and ensure their needs are met.
  • Lead sprint planning sessions, set clear goals, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Analyse product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate to enhance product quality and user satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2+ years proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably within Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable tasks and requirements.
  • Experience with product management and development tools such as Aha! or Azure DevOps is advantageous.
  • Proactive, innovative, and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Passionate about delivering products that make a difference.
  • UK Security Clearable.
