Remote Solutions Architect

• Act as a trusted advisor to large enterprise customers.

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
• Strong background working with enterprise customers on complex technical challenges.
• Ability to design, communicate, and implement scalable solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Confident communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• UK-based, ideally London, with flexibility to visit customers on-site when required.
• Previous experience in developer tooling, cloud platforms, or DevOps solutions.
• Track record of driving adoption and expansion of technical products.
• Experience influencing product development through customer insights.

Our platform acts as mission control for engineering teams, helping developers work faster and more autonomously across the software development lifecycle. We are hiring for a full-time, permanent Solutions Architect role focused on solution design, technical delivery, and customer success. This is a fully remote position, with UK-based candidates preferred, ideally in London or within commuting distance for on-site client visits. We are planning multiple hires, and immediate availability or a short notice period is desirable. The role offers a competitive salary of £62K-£80K plus equity.
