Job description
- Design and build core domain APIs for User, Startup, and Expert Pool
- Automate the Application * Diagnosis * KO * Coaching workflows using a workflow engine
- Design the unified database schema with audit logging and permission middleware
- Architect and execute data migration from legacy databases, CSV files, and SharePoint sources
- Enhance the existing authentication system as the platform scales
- Lead backend code reviews and establish architecture and engineering standards

Requirements
- Senior backend engineer experience
- Extensive Python backend development experience
- Experience with large-scale database schema design and operations
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and building large-scale service architectures
- Experience integrating or scaling authentication and authorization systems
- Business-level English fluency for daily collaboration with a global team
